Hello,
we are using an auto action to log profile gallery uploads to cb activity, because we need to exclude a particular type of users from being able to log their uploaded media on cb activity.

The question is...

Can we set somehow in the auto action, who will be able to view the created (from the auto action) cb activity post?

Not unless you place it on an activity stream with a different view access level. Individual activity posts don't have access (yet, this is planned in a future release) so their access is determined by typically 1 of 2 ways. Either the Asset (e.g. groupjive.group.1 would require access to that group) or the stream it's on (e.g. stream is set to Registered thus Public can't see its activity). In the case of gallery activity its Asset access would be against the media itself so they'd of course have to have access to the media to see its activity so that's possibly one way to adjust access here.
