Approve users

Hi all,

I'd like to have a link on the frontend that:

a) only appears to a certain user (or users)
b) lets that user approve new users, without having to visit the backend.

is it possible?

is there a module that can do it?

It's kind of urgent.

Doesn't core CB Moderation module do this?
