I am trying to get CB to send out a moderator email to all moderators that a new user has registered and needs approvals. This is working for the super admin. but mobody else. I have made the setting Moderator Groups (undser CB Config Manager/Moderation) to -Author which should allow anyone at that level or higher to get an email. What is going on?
I found my problem. I had forgot about the Community Builder (CB) User Profile within CB User Manager where I needed to set the Contact Info option to Receive Moderator Email:YES. Once this was set all began working. User Error.
