I am not sure if there is already something like this? But after looking around I could not find it. I am looking to create a form that will recognize the logged in subscriber/user and when they fill out the form and click submit it will email the admin of the site or email addresses set to receive it. Along with the email being sent that is filled out by the user it will gather the subscriber/users contact info and profile image and send that as well.
Not aware of any such thing. You're welcome to check Joomla.org, but I've not heard of anything like this. I know it can be done to an extent with Form extensions (found at Joomla.org), but as a module I don't know (maybe using one of the Form extensions in a wrapper module?).
