No, it simply acts on triggers which require a user action to fire. It's not a mailer, timed release, or anything of the sort. You maybe able to use CBSubs Mailer to send timed emails, but it won't simply resend confirmation; you'd need to specify a custom email of some sort (note [CONFIRM] probably won't work here).
