Sorry, I should have clarified. We won't be supporting Joomla language overrides as we've our own language system. We do have plans for language overrides though, but it will be through our own system. This feature is planned for CB 2.1 though as note in the below ticket.
At this time we've yet to plan how we want to implement this, but ideally a GUI that can be used from backend would be best; we don't really have the details about this yet.
