Hi, there is the possibility in the Community Builder registration form to place the label inside the textbox?

That's the placeholder attribute. It's possible in CB 2.0 as it's now a parameter for fieldtypes that support it. It's not possible in CB 1.x without using some jQuery to force it on an element.
