I'm currently upgrading CB Connect for its CB 2.0 release. It is being upgraded to use HybridAuth. So the available social sites are limited to what HybridAuth supports, which is as follows.
Even then I still have to code in the usage of such a social site. Both of the requested social sites are available though, but if they don't provide a full English developer environment I will not be integrating them as I will be unable to use their development backend effectively.
