To resolve my earlier 'blank page' ticket, I uninstalled CB 2..0.15
I then downloaded the latest version again and tried to install the package.
I am still on Joomla 2.5.28
I receive the following error
Failed to uninstall self, please uninstall manually
001_pkg_communitybuilder_2.0.15+build.2016.12.02.00.46.33.ef62bd55e.zip failed to install!
Installer is uninstalling.
Installer failed to uninstall! and the following screen which states the package installed but then shows.
Review the log and see why it failed. It should have show buttons for each failure and if there was an error it should expand to tell you what the error is. CB it self failed to install then CB Packager Installer failed to remove it self. You may have a permissions problem in general with Joomla. Can you install any other extensions? You can install CB without CB Package Installer by unzipping the package the in /extensions/packages folder is CBs Joomla install package.
