Hello Support Team, on my website the "Forgot Username & Password" link is not working. Normally you should be directed to a page with url ending like
www.yourwebsite.com/lostpassword.html
. But in my case this does not happen. The link is not there and it redirects me to the /index.php.
I use Joomla 3.6.5 with CB 2.0.15+build.2016.12.15.00.51.18.5677d4a9e and of course I use the CB LogIn module.
When typing the url
www.yourwebsite.com/lostpassword.html
directly into the browser, the correkt page is displayed. Just the link in the CB Login module does not function properly.
I have another website configured nearly similar, but using CB Version 2.0.15. There the link is working correctly.
I hope you know what is going wrong in the latest Version of CB.
Best regards
Tom

Click the forgot login URL within your CB Login module or use a menu item linked to the CB forgot login page. My guess is you just don't have a Joomla menu item with the alias of "lostpassword" that goes to CBs forgot login page.

thanks for the clue. Indeed I had no menu item for this purpose, but until now I did not need one. I have several Websites online, all with community Builder on latest Release and for a long time now, and this specific problem did not occur before.
I did the following: I set the start page/the menu item for the start page to be the login form of CB. That solved the problem.
Before that I had the login only set as a module.
So this is solved.
Best regards
