Getting message "The Country is missing. Payment operation cancelled etc.
Member trying to pay for membership and it is requiring country? What has changed?
You've invoice address enabled, but not mandatory. The country is missing so it tells them it's missing. You can probably hide it by translating the below language string to an empty string.
