Hi,
I'm having a similar, though not identical, error while updating CB Gallery.

System Information
Joomla: 4.4.14
Community Builder: 2.11.0
PHP: 7.4.26
Database: mysql 10.3.28-MariaDB

Looks like some externally linked thumbnails in CB Gallery 2.5 were longer than allowed in CB Gallery 3.0. Am working on a fix to skip migrating those as their URL is too long.

Ok, this should now be fixed in latest build release as I've implemented checking to make sure the thumbnail migration length is appropriate.
