With a sub expiring in 1 month a number of automatic emails are set to go out at 1 month, 2 weeks, 2 days and then after expiry.

If the user renews after the first reminder email at 1 month can I suppress the following emails based on the conditions relative to this renewal date using 'Advanced Mailer Conditions'?

Which of the options will allow me to do this? It's not immediately apparent how to set this up.

Thanks

It should already suppress the follow up emails since they renewed their expiration date would be changed. Are you setting "To which plans this date condition applies" to ensure you're only sending it for specific plans as maybe they renewed Plan A, but Plan B is expired for example as that could cause issues if your mailer isn't checking for a specific plan. What is your "Relative to this date" set to?
