CB Activity > Streams > Comments open a page with a button [Manage comments Streams] this give access to Edit Comment Stream [Profile Activity] - I do not have any other streams. I suppose it is correctly configured because do not have any troubles to comment all others posts and comment photos in galleries.
You probably have the page filtered. Click the Clear button and clear your filters.
Maybe something tricky in my setting somewhere else ? Users do not have the comment button for the posts coming from GJ.
Suggest taking a look at our demo site and comparing your configuration to it as like I said this works out of the box so you've changed something.
SuperAdmin see the butand have the field to write comments but cannot access the emoticons, cannot save and publish
Sounds like maybe a Joomla menu access problem. CB Gallery is still subject to Joomla menu restrictions. So if you've a Joomla menu item pointing to CB Gallery it's going to be subject to whatever its access setting is. Create one for each Activity and Comment stream if you want them to have their own individual menu access checks. I can't do anything about that as that's just how Joomla work.s
