Message feature in CB GroupJive was created by Toulouzing
I understand that the feature Message (PMS or eMail) in CB GroupJive and CB GroupJive Events allows to create and sent message within the group to attending guests. Correct ?

I do not catch the  meaning of [Guests] displayed at a Group level because I understood that Invite was assigned to each event. If invitation are at group level, what is the difference between Attending Guests and Paricipants ( those who joined the group). How do i manage attendance within each event ?

Side question: I have editor TinyMCE available for PMS but not for eMail. Is it possible to have editor in the eMail ?

Not sure I understand what you're asking. Group members are not required to attend an event. So an event can have 3 people attending while the group itself has 10 members.

Yes, edit the CB GroupJive Events plugin then under Parameters > Message enable HTML.

For sure ! Let's explain the need for our community photographer's site :

- Groups are the activities of the club. Obviously, all users of the site should be members of those groups (no need to join, it is done at inscription), so i think that it is useless for us to display the tabs on group card ( attendees, users) - I understand that invitation here means 'invitation to join the group'

- On other hand, When we create a new invite, all the members of related group ( so, in our case the whole community)  shall be invited by a message (email preffered, not PMS), we just display the list of those who are willing to attend. I understand this is the normal mechanism of the groupjive event plugin. Am I correct ?

This is the reason of my question about message because i do not understand if there is an automatic message sent to group's member at event creation or if we have to send an email by ourself. If we have to prepare a mail and send using the message feature, it seems it is sent to attendees (which is interesting to communicate but not complying with initial need to notify to all the creation or update of an event).

HTML was already enabled. The PMS display the tinyMCE editor interface and it's OK but the email do not have any tinyMCE editor or any wysiswyg to format the layout ( even if html capability is very useful of course)
