Yes, normal access permissions are applied for templates allowing restricting them to specific users.
Yes, as it's a normal profile field all profile field restrictions can be used to limit access (e.g. CB Conditional, CB Privacy, CBSubs Fields Tabs Protection, Read Only, etc..).
Yes, we provide support for overriding SCSS/SASS variables directly in the template builder. This allows modifying all aspects of Bootstraps variables.
Maybe, Bootstrap 5 styling will initially come entirely from your Joomla template however template and override CSS will still be applied so there you can override Bootstrap 5 CSS as needed per-template.
All CSS is efficiently stored in cached CSS files for best performance. Files are versioned to help detect changes as well. No inline CSS to be found!
