Hello,

I want to block (prevent user from using site) based on a field value during registration.

This would give time for admin to check user information and then manually unblock the user.

The trigger on after user registration, ....

would help but I dont know what are the options to do this and I would be grateful if you could suggest an action or plugin.

Thanks.

Thanks.

I don't understand. Can't you just enable admin approval process during registration?

I can't, my usual users should be able to register without admin approval process.

But special users (the ones that choose specific field value during registration) they need to be admin approved. I have set the Email trigger to inform the admin as soon as there was a special registration but I need to block the user too to give the admin time.

I assume you are using the auto-actions plugin.
If so you can probably block the user in the process also.
