Lot of failures in logs

I just saw that I have massive failure logs and always the same:

Just a notice and not an error or failure. It's happening in your S4J module. Nick will be re-reviewing them for J3.0 and fixing any issues he finds.

is this issue fixed now?

I just deleted 12.000 entries in the CB Subs logs...

And I want to be sure that it is fixed before I buy a new version of S4J.

I've no idea, I don't maintain any of the S4J modules. Based off the frontpage article on www.software4joomla.com/ they've been updated for Joomla 3.1.
