[SOLVED] Password Validation Error was created by hbf1000
Dear CB Staff,

I tried foruns, google search for this error but couldn't find any answer.

I am in the process of seting up a my first subscription plan. I just added 1 page and 1 menu restriction to test. So, when user click on the restricted menu he is redirected to registration form with the necessary plan selection.

Then, the registration form has 4 fields: name, email, password and password validation. Although I input the same password in both fields, the validation is informing that the passwords are differents.

Could you please help me.

Joomla version? CB version? CBSubs version? Any JS errors in browser error log? Tested with default Joomla template? Test with debug mode and maximum error reporting enabled? Any fatal errors on page once tested with debug mode and maximum error reporting?

Hi Krileon. I changed the template and the error stoped. So, it might be associated with template.

I am using:
Joomla 1.5.23
CB 1.8.1
CB Subs 2.0.2

You already have my admin and ftp access. I have sent that to you a couple of days ago.

The template I want to use is ja_social.

Problem with your template then. Please contact your template developer for further support. If it has CSS/JS Compression then try disabling that.

Krileon, I disabled CSS/JS Compression and the problem is still there. I opened a ticket with the Template provider and this is the answer:
"I saw that your problem came from " www.concurseiro10.com.br/components/com_comprofiler/js/jquery-1.5.2/jquery.validate.min.js ". "com_comprofiler" is a 3rd party, it isn't a JA extension. Please ask "com_comprofiler" provider to resolve it."

Could you please check this ?
