That deprecation notice has been fixed for CB 2.0 already and can be safely ignored.

It does not explain the fatal error that you have. Do you have a log entry for your fatal error ?

You are trying to offer upgrades on merchandises (in fact making merchandises exclusive, and offering to upgrade a merchandise to another one) in your settings.

Only Subscriptions plan-types can be upgraded. For merchandises and donations that is not possible. You can use subscription-types also for merchandises when you need to allow upgrades.

When CB 2.0 stable is released and you upgrade to CB 2.0 the notice will disappear.

We do not recommend running beta releases on live sites.

Exceptionally, you can replace file administrator/components/com_comprofiler/library/phpinputfilter/phpinputfilter.inputfilter.php of CB 1.9.1 with the one of CB 2.0 beta 3 to get rid of that issue. I just re-reviewed the changes and they should be without effect on CB 1.9.1 (apart removing that notice).
