[SOLVED] Banned User

Hello,

I have a user who is blocked and banned but somehow they can still log in and pay. How do I prevent this from happening? I don't want this user to be able to log in at all.

If their account is blocked it should be impossible for them to login. Do they have a basket in CBSubs > Baskets? Note banning a user does not block login. A banned user just has their profile blocked.

They can definitely log in with blocked and banned as "yes".

That's because they've a subscription up for renewal. CBSubs takes over this process and asks them to renew to unblock. It does this if your site doesn't allow registrations without subscriptions. You should be able to edit them and delete their subscription under the Subscriptions tab to stop this.

Maybe I should start with saying that this is what we are trying to do:

1.) Once someone's subscription expires (after the grace period), we don't want them to be able to log in and pay (renew).

Then you should disallow renewals in your CBSubs plans and make a CBSubs subscription required in general CBSubs settings.
