As per the title, is there a quick way to add a 'Message Me' button to a users profile page, using the PMS?

Replied by krileon on topic PMS - Add 'Message Me' Button To User Profile
Should already be a link for that on their CB Menu above their canvas as a dropdown option. You could also use the Quick Message tab. You can also use a Custom HTML field to output such a button wherever you like using the below URL.

index.php?option=com_comprofiler&view=pluginclass&plugin=pms.mypmspro&action=message&func=new&to=[user_id]

I created a button, added the link and it is perfect - thanks.

One little extra question - how can I hide the field title? It duplicates the button words so shouldn't be seen...

Ignore that last bit - 'Show On Profile - Yes,1 line without Title'.

Doh!!!

This seems to be working OK, but it shows when I look at my own profile.

Is it possible to hide it when users look at their own profiles?

Note: It does not show in edit profile.

Note 2: I am playing with the field 'CB Conditional' but cannot work out if this is the right feature to use.

Aaarrrgggghhhhh!

just seen an issue.

I click the button with the custom link and it takes me to a blank page (Header/footer only).

I go to the standard message link in the profile (at the top), click it and get a message:
Error
Message does not exist!
