Sending a newsletter to a Community Builder list

I have installed the latest version of CB with YaNC. I have set up CB so that it classifies the registered users into three lists. Basically, each user is classified depending on his residence (South, North or Center Italy). Now, I'd like to send different newsletters to each of the three CB lists without asking an explicit subscription by the users.

Is that possible?

But please file a feature request on developer.joomla.org

It can be done using the standard MassMail component build into Joomla!

It however requires a few changes to the code of this component.

To save you the trouble of diging in the Joomla!-code I've repacked the changed code as a new component. So that you can have both version working in Joomla!.

I downloaded the cbmailing component, but I can't seem to get it working. There is no way to add a Group when I click on CbMailing..Send Mailing. The only group listed is the name of my Community Builder List. When I send an email it says 0 emails sent. I'm missing something. Any thoughts?
