Invite a Friend Component

This is about the Invite a Friend component from here:

The conversation started in the development requests here (for background):

This component works great, two problems/suggestions:

SO I guess what we need here is two things in my mind - the Invite a Friend component needs to be changed by the individual user to go to the CB registration (rather than the default Joomla regsitration) - or added as an option in the component's admin side.

Also, as was suggested somewhere else I think it should be an option to automatically add (if selected in admin side) any new user that comes thru 'invite a friend' to the user's Connections that sent the invite. Makes perfect sense - of course I lack the knowledge to do that so somebody get crackin!

I noticed the same. The component in actual behaviour is not usable for CB. Do you know how to do this:?

I see now that the Ivite message link doesnt even really go to the default Joomla registration but to a different registration all-togethre thru the component (but emulates the defualt reg) so it looks like more then just a simple link change. Probably a couple of pages need to be changed - perhaps a second version just for CB?

One major problem with this component and its CB plugin is that it shows the list of all the e-mail addresses which were invited by the member to everyone who cliks on the tab. This is a major privacy flaw, and I'd like to know if there is any way to hide the e-mail addresses without disabling the CB plugin tab.

If you find this useful, please do me a HUGE favor by sending the original component to me, or tell me where i can get it. The original site (galangph.com) is down due to maintenance issue, and it doesnt seem to be coming back
