problem with member list pages

i started using one of the community builder templates with community builder 1.3.1. I must have turned off something that I wasn't supposed to but I cannot for the life of my figure out what it is. This is the problem I am having (picture)

I can't access the profiles I am trying to work with any more because I cant get to them without the members page working.

any help? I can provide any information needed.

Run all CB Tools
Upgrade to CB 1.4

What joomla versions?
When did this happen? What changes did you make that caused it to appear?

joomla version 1.5.22

happened about 3 days ago. probably occured when I started messing around with the tab manager. I've turned off most everything except cbprofile pro and contact info which i have hidden for everyone but admins because otherwise it shows a tab i dont want.

when i try re-enabling everything in the tabs manager it just brings back the old profile i dont want and only brings back some of the members list

perhaps I should just be asking how I can just create my own or edit the users list? where is the file so that I can just go build it myself with php and mysql. or there a way to do that from the joomla backend?
