Download error CB1.7

13 years 1 month ago #174768 by marceloleal
Download error CB1.7 was created by marceloleal
"text using google translator" (excuse possible errors)

I use the CB for a long time and I love the extension.

But unfortunately when trying to download the CB 1.7 Package encounter errors.
Is not reaching the end of the download. The ZIP file gives error trying to open. And that was not on my computer. I tried even on computers in other regions thought to be a problem in broadband, but without success.

I would love that could help me.
Thanks in advance.

This looks like an issue at broadband ISP or on an international link.

Please Private Message me your country and location, your IP address whatismyip.org/ , as well as if possible results of a few

tracert www.joomlapolis.com

and of a few

ping www.joomlapolis.com

from your PC, with exact time and timezone.

and your email address so we can send you package that way.
Thank you.

Thank you. Really need the traces (and during the failing download). Reply sent.

It is most probably due to some packet loss in an interchange, and the only way to document them to one of our uplinks (and to know to which) in order that he asks the right router owner to fix this is to have the traces ond ping result outputs during the downloads. Thanks for your understanding.

To put in relation: Last time we had this issue, it was whole Australian continent that had a dirty fiber connection to Los Angeles (our Servers for joomlapolis are mainly in Europe) and packet losses, slowing down a good part of traffic between Australia and the US for millions of websites and users for weeks, but without traces no way to know where the issue is !
