Password recovery redirects to "no permission..."

Hello,

i have a problem with my site when users wan't recover their password. The password is sent to the emailadress but the FrontEnd shows "you have no permission to see this site..".

How can I solve the Problem?

Can this be a problem of caches? Try system cache plugin off and configuration/system off.

cache plugin is already off.

What do you mean with configuration/system? I can't find such a plugin.

it's not a plugin. You go to global configuration (of joomla), then to system. IOn right side you have cache settings. Is this off?
