This is a copyright notice and you can only remove it with authorization you get when you upgrade your membership to Advance, Professional or Developer.

Please share a screenshot.

My understanding is that you are referring to the Community menu in all profiles - this is the copyright statement.

I have just made a screen shot, and I have to highlight in yellow what I cannot modify thank you for helping me

You need to upgrade your membership to remove this - its not a Tab its a Menu and it shows copyright statements.
