Joomla 2.5.6 CB 1.9

I have spent time on the forum, but couldn't find the answer to this:

I don't want to display password in the clear when CB sends an email to a new user assigned by an administrator (no self registration). Right now my users are getting two emails .. one from Joomla and one from CB. I have found out how to remove password from the Joomla message (en-GB.plg.user_joomla.ini).

Where can I find the text for the CB message, which looks like:

Welcome firstname,lastname

thank you for trying to help .. but I don't see anywhere in CB configuration that addresses the problem I've described. Can you be more specific?

thx
Dave

CB Configuration area has a Registration tab.

Did you look here?

I see the relevant parameters here.

I am not sure what more to tell you.

Yes I have looked there but dismissed that section since:
- it seems to be related to someone registering, but my question is about an administrator just signing someone up from the back end (my site does not allow self-registration). Perhaps you are saying that email is the same in either case?

- also my question was about WHERE the message text can be found in case I just prefer to modify it, or remove the password etc.

I am very new to all this so I apologize if I am missing something that should be obvious.

thx
Dave

My answer still holds. Please look at the parameters in that tab and see that your email is being formatted based on those.

Yes the registration welcoming email is sent to inform the user that his account is active.

Regardless of registration process used (frontend or backend).
