Possible Security Issue

I had an issue on my Joomla 1.5.26 site where somehow someone was able to register and enable themselves on my site even though I have the moderator module working correctly. Is there anything I should check in community builder for settings. Another thought was change all the main people's account passwords for joomla.

Difficult to respond to such a post which doesn't give detailed information.

For example:

What CB version?
Did you follow installation instructions?

Community Builder 1.9 had 1.8 i was told do a normal install to upgrade from 1.8. I also have the picture Captcha Plugin Installed for User Registration

When viewing (in CB User manager) the users that you claim bypassed the moderation, what do you see?

DO you see red X next in their rows?

Enabled was green checkmark even though I have confirmation on. I have already deleted the user. But I also had a picture match captcha for Community Builder.

I am guessing that users are registering via joomla and not CB ... maybe you did not turn off Joomla registration.

Please read the installation guide again and the readme files.
