Dropdown List cascading

I hope I can explain what I will like to do. I`m trying to set up my first page with cb and adsmanager and now i have some problems to resolve step by step.

my question:
I saw that it`s possible to set in the field management a single dropdown list. my problem is that I need 2 dropdown fields. In the first dropdown field i would like to set some countries. When i choose in the first dropdown as example italy the second dropdown shows me all and only the italian regions (like a cascade dropdown in adsmanager). It`s possible to configure some dropdowns that are connected to each other.

AFAIK this is currently not possible directly (see www.joomlapolis.com/forum/154-advanced-members-support/226422-address-fields#256068 ).

There used to be a third party plugin for this purpose, but it has not been updated to work with current CB and Joomla versions.

If you use CB Conditionals you might be able to show the second drop down menu, but only after saving and refreshing the profile with a country selected.

Do you have an other idea? i would like to set two dropdowns maybe you have an other idea.
