Do you have a tool that will allow me to export my users from one of my CB sites to the new CB site?
If not, do you have a process I can follow to do it manually?

I used the free component CB Juice:
joomlacode.org/gf/project/cbjuice/frs/
Installed on both websites

Using the cbjuice tool I exported CVS from the old website.

If the old site has custom fields you made with CB then make sure you have all of the same fields on the new site using the fields CB manager

then imported using the cbjuice tool imported to the new site.
