in the video you show the possibility of a "my groups" in the cb_menu.
I tried but there's nothing.
My question: I have to input this menupoint by myself or is there a cb_menu actualisation which has this integrated?

You can generate an internal menu link to "All My Groups" from GJ > Menus > General. From there you can generate links to the new Approval pages as well and many more pages.
