CBSubs Documentation has a chapter with examples.
Please study.


Just create a new mailer with the following (example) 'Main Mailer Triggering Conditions' frame settings:

Automatically send message at following date: 1 hour after
Relative to this date of the plans below: unpaid basket last update date
But do not send message if it's later than: 4 hours after
Maximum messages in total (0=unlimited): 0
Maximum messages per customer (0=unlimited): 1
Maximum messages per customer above is counted within last: 14 days (2 weeks)

For this example you should use create a cron job scheduled for ever hour (or less if you want).
