Uninstall CB 1.4

Hello,

I see I have installed CB totally wrong, and wonder how I can uninstall it and do a fresh install? I've been searching for help with it, but can't find any. Is it anyone that know how?

Wondering what you mean by you installed it wrong?

You can remove the component and the modules the same way you remove any Joomla component/module: from Extensions menu.

In case of CB you might want to drop all your database tables that have the word comprofiler in their name. Although I do not think you need to.

Please explain why you think you installed wrong?

Hi,

I think I need to do a fresh install since it wont work for me to disable the Joomla login and enable the cb login, or I do something very wrong. When reading the manual on 2.6 and 2.8 and I can't see the same picture for doing this. That's why I think I have installed wrong the first time.

Depends on which Joomla version you are using.

I'm using Joomla 1.5.22

Then the images in the documentation should be close to what you see - what exactly is confusing you?
