Does this function fine when no condition is specified? Your condition is saying they must have Plan 1; irrelevant of state. If they're purchasing Plan 1 then no state at all exists for Plan 1 resulting in the condition not being met. Please also ensure your date comparison is matched appropriately. In this case the field to enter the coupon will never Be visible!
Please swap Field A and Field B then confirm if still not working appropriately. If the user is member 7 days ago (as shown in his profile) the coupon is still usable.

This would mean there's a problem with your date comparison.(1) yes, without the date comparison it works.
No, this means that some form of state must exist. It doesn't matter which. It could be pending, inactive, etc.. doesn't matter which.About "state relevance": If I choose a condition "Plan A is irrelevant", I thought it would be in no way be relevant. You suggest that "no relevance" is in some cases still relevant - confusing!
Could you please try testing "+ 3 days" instead of "- 3 days" and confirm if then working.(2) I swapped the fields, but it still not works. It definitely not works like the titles of the fields suggest.
We're certainly open to suggestions. We've reviewed everything during development and believe to be of understandability. If you've suggestions then please do provide them. All features are also described in detailed within your CBSubs manual.Allow me one more note: a lot of selections I can make in the tabs of CBSubs have a meaning like "No, it is allowed" which means in conjunction with the question of the select box a double negation. Sometimes it is extremely difficult to understand if an option enables a behavior or not. Please consider a complete review of all your dialogs to give users absolutely clear impression what certain switch will change.
With new features comes greater complexity and greater learning curve. This is unfortunately just how things work. More is better in a sense of functionality, but then it becomes more confusing and takes longer to understand. We're certainly open to workflow suggestions however.I understand that CBSUbs is an extremely flexible and powerful extension, but it is extremely hard to understand in some cases.
