I was wrong... this is still not working correctly. New user registers - state and country is not requested in initial registration. Then user logs in and selects a subscription. At that point the invoicing address form pops up and United States is set as a default (not sure why though). Since United States is already selects, user then clicks State/Providence and the drop down is empty. States are not populating.
BUT, if I select a different country, and then go back and select United States, then the states drop down populates. Seems to have something to do with United States being set as a default in the invoice country field?
We are in the U.S., so it would be great if it could stay the default, but the states field needs to populate with U.S. as default...
I am on the newest releases of CB & CBSubs, and just updated tax last week as well.
