[SOLVED] Community Builder + GavickPro Template = fail

Hi, I'm using Community Builder 1.8 and GavickPro Template (Musicity - the latest version) for Joomla 2.5.4. The problem is that page en.worldsend.info/component/comprofiler doesn't open - actually it opens, but it's empty... When I use standard template or some other template, like Pixellove (but not all Gavick Template works) - everything works nicely.
I wrote to their support, but there answer was that problem is in your product.
I also use at site almost all Gavick and Nonumber extensions, JCE, jcomments and a lot of other extensions.

Please, need your help.

Seams to be loading in fine? We can't debug 3rd party template issues for you. If it fails to load in a 3rd party template, but loads fine in default Joomla then chances are pretty high it's a problem in the template.

The studio says that everything fine with their template, that you have some errors in your code. I've sent you an account, can you look it please.

What you mean saying 3rd party template?

You have the Private Message System plugin enabled, but you have no supported PMS installed. You then had the login module configured to report PM count from an extension you didn't have. I've disabled the PMS plugin and reconfigured your module removing this error.

Your next issue is due to "До конца света по календарю Майя осталось:" (JoomlaXTC Countdown Module) and have disabled it for you. I can't say exactly why this module caused a blank page as no errors were visible; you'd need to review server error log, but I suspect memory limit issue maybe.

It's now possible to navigate to profiles perfectly fine. Please also confirm is now working.

No idea why the module causes a blank page then. Typically it's due to a fatal error or memory limit (most common), but no error was displayed. Maybe try increasing PHP memory limit if you intended to continue using the module and see if it resolves.
