[SOLVED] Can I create a button? was created by butchtones
Hello,
I'd like to create a button in or near the CB profile. Ideally, it would be a "schedule now" button next to the profile image but could be within one of the tabs as well.

My profiles need some serious styling but I'd like to get my content in place before I start working on that. I've attached an image.

Thanks!

You can make a tab work as a button with an overlib. Simple create a new tab and set its display to button within Tab Management. Aside from that you can use a delimiter field, add the HTML for a button, then display it somewhere on profile on one of the tabs.

Okay, I've got a button. It's got an ugly sticky on it though. Is there a way to just be able to click the button and send it to the desired URL?

I'm going to have a different one for each profile so I'll need to customize each one.

Yes, a delimiter field with the HTML for a button. Then add that field anywhere you like.

I created a delimiter field and put the URL inside it. You can see the results in the previous screen shot. Do I have to create a completely new button or can I just use the one you have to send the user where I want them to be?

I'm sorry. I just don't seem to be understanding it.

All of the therapists will get their own button to schedule an appointment. Will I be putting the url in their profile delimiter field and a button will be created?

A field is not unique to a user unless you make it unique with substitutions such as [username] or [user_id].

Adding a link will not instantly turn it into a button. As explained in my previous posts you need to add the HTML for it. See the below link for a tutorial on HTML.
