[SOLVED] Feature request was created by AlanJones
I have a few sites for which I am the admin. Since CB 1.8.1 and latest CB Connect if I enable "Terms and Conditions" in registration then I cannot login with my social profiles on CB Connect.

I get "Your registration is not yet complete" because I have not accepted terms and conditions.

But there is no way for the first admin to do so since by the time I install CB I'm already registered.

So I could create a new SuperAdmin for myself, or I could go to the database and manually enable the field, or I could just login manually.

But it would be cool to have a way to retro Accept T&C.

It should display the incomplete registration page for you to accept the terms. Are you saying you want it to auto accept? It really has no way of knowing if a user did not accept manually or just due to change of configuration, which is why it simply asks on login to accept.

Yes it asks for me to accept, but when I try to accept it tells me that "Only users with Super Admin permissions can change other Super Admin user accounts."

I found a way round it.

Create a dummy user and make it super admin
Login to backend with the dummy super admin and make your initial super admin into regular admin
Now login with CB connect front end with the initial login, and accept terms
Once you're in reverse the process, make the account super admin again.

Make sense?

This only affects Super Administrators as they're not allowed to be edited without first being logged in as one. It's a security feature and is working as expected. For Super Administrators you'll just need to manually fix in database. Everyone else will behave as normally.

Yes, I was aware that it only affects Super Admins... in fact it only affects the original Super Admin because you can set the "accept terms" before anyone else registers, so if you make them Super they would already have acceptet terms.

It seems that my work around does the job without any database fiddling.
