Is there no way to disable a user from frontend? any new plugin?

I'm amazed nothing has been developed thus far which almost leads me to believe it's not possible for some reason.

You can do it yourself using CB auto-actions.

You could create a checkbox field called 'cb_disable' or 'cb_deactivate'

Put it in a hidden tab in edit profile that only you can see (or users can see if you want htem to disable their own accounts)

Then setup cb auto actions that if cb_disable = 1 then confirmed = 0

View my forum post on it, Krileon gives exact instructions for CB auto-actions to do it.

:)

cool. but, CB lists only show active users, right? Once they are inactive, how do you display them on the frontend?
