What did you do to cause this (try to recall what was last changed)? Install something? Change something? CB isn't a timebomb, it requires interaction to break in such a manner (often due to a fatal error from a plugin or something of the sort). Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration then re-test and see if any fatal errors occur.

You have a conditional on the cb_regcode field to hide nearly all your fields based off value. This field doesn't have a database stored value. You can't really use it for conditionals. Basically what's happening is it's always failing at profile edit resulting in all fields "hiding" at profile edit save and removing them from the POST. As it seams it's usage is meant for registration only I set its conditional to apply to registration only. I've confirmed it's now working fine, please also confirm is working fine.
