[SOLVED] Ajax Core Fields was created by AlanJones
Does anyone know if there is a way to enable the Ajax Core Fields to work with Joomla fields in a module position mod_cbcontent?

Render the userlist or profile display of a field (whichever you allow ajax for) and believe it should ajax. You may need to set the module to load in CB template and javascript.

Not sure what I should be putting in the Javascript.
I'm adding the following to the Text area of the module:

[cb:userdata field="cb_brainstormingideas" user="#displayedOrMe" /]
<br/><a href="index.php?option=com_comprofiler&amp;task=userDetails&amp;tab=49&amp;Itemid=13">Edit your Brainstorming Ideas</a>

Thanks

If you're using the latest CB Content Module there should be parameters to enable/disable the loading of CB template and/or javascript. It's possible this may not even work though as CB Core Fields Ajax is not designed for such usage.

You were right, I was using an older cb_Connect module, but the new one has not made any difference. Any other ideas?

You're using a userdata substitution, which is raw output. Please try the below.

[cb:userfield field="cb_brainstormingideas" user="#me" /]

Have confirmed the above usage as working.
