That shouldn't be the case, many had tested it working. Please ensure it was only applied once and to that specific file. Aside from that I've nothing further to suggest until the bug is fixed in CBSubs (believe it's fixed in next release).

Then you'll need to wait for next CBSubs release as it's a bug. It's due to CBSubs not firing the registration form trigger, which I've confirmed next release does.
