I have not yet send emails to my users with their passwords. Next week the site is launched so I want to sent an bulk email, with the url, the data and their passwords.

I wander if I have to enter the passwords myself (for 138 users) or if the automatically are filled (generated)?

The password is encoded now and you can not send it to them unless you give them a new password or wrote down what their password is. You can use CB > User Management > Mass Mailer to send a bulk email, but again there's the password issue unless all their passwords are the same or something. Probably best for you to direct them to forgot login so they can generate a new password themselves. If they aren't registered yet then just send them through CB registration.

It is an intranet, so only registered users are allowed to login. You can't login unless your emailadress is known in the system?

Are you manually registering users or are they registering themselves? If you create a user from backend with a valid email address it should send them a Welcome email, which you can try adding the password substitution to within CB > Configuration > Registration. Normally a user registers on frontend and receives all the workflows emails as needed.

I have manually put in all the users (employees) with their emailadres etc. So you mean I can just resend the confirmation mails and then it will be all right?

No, it should have sent a welcome email when you created them if at the time you created them you had emails configured. If not then you can use the Mass Mailer feature to email them, but you can not send them their passwords as it's too late and they're already encoded.

Best I can suggest is email them with a link to Forgot Login so they can reset their password. Alternative is to change all their passwords, write the new passwords down, then email them 1 by 1 with their new logins. The method of adding now, email later doesn't work with 1 way encrypted passwords.

You can also try enabling generated passwords and email confirmation within CB > Configuration > Registration then resend confirmation email and this might work.
