Hi Nick,

Im facing very serious issue on Facebook Connect plugin for live website www.helprise.org

The message is coming as "An error occur, Please try again later."

while try to login through facebook account.

I really appreciate if you could help me on this.

details of my environment -

Joomla version? - Joomla! 2.5.8
CB version? - 1.9
Facebook connect plugin version? - 3.3.11

Was this working?
When did it start failing?

- when i logged in with my facebook id, it worked before. but when i log out from my id and ask my friend to login with his facebook id, problem occurred.

Again, i ask some of my friends who are located in US, Nederland, Nepal or countries they're also facing same issue.

As a Professional subscriber I suggest using CB Connect instead of FBC as it contains more features, but that likely won't resolve the problem as you've a fatal JS error in browser console. FBC uses the Facebook JS API and if a fatal JS error is present then it won't load in correctly. Please address the below JS error then re-test to see if is working.

Another issue is you've something else installed on your site that is loading in Facebook API. This causes "FB.init has already been called - this could indicate a problem " to show up in the console. This means FBC can't prepare its JS API usage and will prevent it from working unless whatever is installed is configuring it properly for authentication usage (doesn't look like it is). This could be the "Likes" feature you have present.

I've tested FBC and CB Connect as both working so is not an API or usage issue.

disabled completely. still unable to fix this the issue

I believe im using CB connect - do you mean something else?

Could not understand.

Please have a look on admin panel - i've already send SA access.

i tried disabling many plugins still could not find any clue

i really appreciate if you could find out the solution for this
