Hi Support,

I'm trying to add a auto action to send a html markup after the admin creats a new user in the admin. But it still keeps on sending the plain text mail that is in the configuration -> registration part of community builder.

Can you give me a push in the right direction? you can find my auto action settings in the attachment.
Breaking my head for about 4 hours now so would be cool if you can give me a push in the right direction.

Kind regards,
Geppie

You need to actually put html tags in your message.

<p>This is a paragraph.</p>

There is no html editor feature (yet).

Hi Nant,

Thanks for your help. Is solves a part of the problem because it only sends the html mail to the adminisrator. Is it possible to send the html email to the user that the admin registrates in the administrator?

Kind regards,
Geppie

With "To" set to the email substitution it should send to the user. Ensure there are no leading or trailing spaces within the "To" parameter. As long as the Mode is set to HTML it'll send it as HTML. However, the user mail server may or may not strip the HTML out; that's entirely up to their mail server.

It's not sending the email that i config in the auto actions, even when i fill in my own email adres in the To field.

I can't see what you have Access set to, but set it to Everybody then test again. The access checks against the user object the trigger is acting. If still not working try removing the conditional (has no use anyway as email can never be empty).
