I am Using the NoixAcl for User Creation,

Stop doing this immediately. You must use CB > User Management to manage CB users. Doing anything otherwise will cause CB to go out of sync.

and is it possible to change the usertype in the frontend for the Administrator?

No, the usergroup field is not available on frontend. You could use CB Auto Actions combined with a field to do it though. Please see the below tutorial in regards to assigning a usergroup based off a field value.

CB Auto Actions? Yes, the usergroup action will work on J2.5.

can please guide me in the latest autoaction, on how to do this?

Please see my previous reply. I've already provided a tutorial that walks you through the configuration.

is it ok or is i did something wrong?

That's normal. You need to use the Usergroup action with "Mode" set to "Replace Usergroups" instead of "Add Usergroups".
