I have everything on my site working as i wanted. Then about 1-2weeks break, i came back to my site and found that when i try to acces CB n backend, i get a blank screen. Frontend is working fine.
I browsed through the faq, but it does not help.
I also have open ticket #393404 but a day passed with no answer.
Why is the CB component link returning a blank screen?
Please i need help, i need to ban a user via backend.
Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration. Once done attempt to access CB backend again to expose errors. If still blank please review your serer error log for any errors. Blank page is normally due to memory issues.

Check your server error logs. If it's failing in global configuration then it's not CB related, but an issue with your entire site/server. Probably due to memory issues. Contact your host and have them increase you memory to something like 124mb and see if it goes away.
