I'm attempting my first auto action with a simple database query. The actual trigger will update our jos_comprofiler_plugin_activity table.

I've tried numerous trigger settings from the "Add Trigger" dropdown list. However, when I try to save the auto action, I always get:

Auto Action failed to save! Error: Trigger not specified!

... even though a trigger has been selected from the dropdown trigger list.

At this stage, I really don't care too much what the trigger is.

Any ideas what is causing the problem?

Thanks. -- Rik

What version of CB Auto Action do you have?
Make sure you have the latest.

What trigger are you using?

What are you trying to accomplish?

1 - I'm using CB Auto Action 4.0.0 (05-17-2013). I'll check to see if there is a newer version.
2 - I've tried about 15 various triggers (randomly) since none have allowed me to save without this error message
3 - Right now, I'm just trying to get the Auto Action to save. So I've only gone so far as to make a simple test query:
Code:
SELECT COUNT(*) FROM jos_users;

I upgraded to the current version of CB Auto Actions (5.1.1 Created 07-15-2013). I still get the same error message as per my first message above.

I'm using "After User Login" as the trigger.

Seams to work perfectly fine in all my tests across 3 installs. Please provide a screenshot of the configuration you're trying to save.
